Express postage is available at the checkout. Cut off time for express post is 2.00 pm daily. Orders placed before this time will be posted same day if items are instock and ready for delivery. Should there be any queries regarding your order, you will be contacted immediately. 

Orders will be processed within standard working hours Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 3pm AEST (excluding public holidays).

If you happen to place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be duly processed on the next working day.

If you are concerned about the times for postage cut off, or require your order in an urgent timeframe, please contact the store prior to finalising your order to discuss over the phone. 0429 037 227  Tues- Fri 9am to 3pm.

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number. You will receive our tracking number via an email after your order has been packed and sent. Please contact us if this does not occur.

Deliveries in Australia are by Australia Post. Please allow for up to 14 working days for delivery as per current Australia Post guidelines. 

International Shipping 

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Orders may be freighted via Australia Post's International service. Shipping will be automatically calculated dependent on the garments purchased. 

RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES

Should the need arise to return the garment/s to Bucked Off Western Wear for an exchange of size or an exchange of style/s, the customer is responsible for the following: a) return shipping to Bucked Off Western Wear for an exchange AND b) return shipping of the return order to the customer.

A self addressed satchel of appropriate size is required to be included in the return parcel as stated on the returns form. Bucked Off Western Wear reserve the right to withhold shipping of the return parcel until such time that a self addressed satchel is provided or paid for.
